Workshop "Everyday Raw Food for Everyone" - lecionado em inglês

Find ways to add delicious raw foods into your daily meals that are more than salad but do not require expensive special equipment. Raw foods which are nutrient dense and healing can actually be very filling. And refreshing too for the upcoming summer months but also delightful even in the coldest winter months.

We'll learn a basic yet very tasty green smoothie that you can adapt to your needs and available ingredients, a green savory (or soup), and how to open a coconut which is a great addition to your diet (come find out why) along with a couple other surprises you'll want to add to your weekly meal plans (plus we'll taste them too).

And you can get your burning diet-related questions answered.

I've been fully raw for 3.5 years and been able to eat mostly raw for much of my travel that has been over an additional 3.5 years so I've learned a few tricks from the masters and just pure innovation.

About Sami Hayes:
Hailing from Portland, Oregon, which is the Porto of the US, and also perhaps the Vegan capitol of the world (more vegan eateries per capita than anywhere else). This allowed me to learn from some of the best people in the world including several celebrated chefs, published authors, and healers of all modalities added to extensive personal research.

I believe that nothing is more important and healing than the food we eat, or potentially more damaging. My motivation for learning was my own journey of being sick, very sick and worsening for years before I hit my personal rock bottom and said enough. I went to a raw food retreat and within a week was off of all medications and feeling better than I had in years.

Happy to share my story with you and the tricks and insights I've learned since, whether you want to go fully raw and gluten-free or just want to find ways to make healthier foods a part of your daily life, plus understand their impact on your life and body, especially autoimmune issues such as Hashimoto's Thyroiditis.
